The Past…
The Birmingham NLP Training Academy was founded in 2003. After extensive research it was discovered that there was no dedicated NLP training company in Birmingham; in fact one delegate on the first Practitioner training we ran commented that he had been told “…Birmingham was an NLP desert and he would probably have to travel to find a reputable company”. In those days the vast majority of companies, offering dedicated courses, were in London.
Prior to founding The Birmingham NLP Training Academy we had trained extensively with Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the co-creators of NLP, along with other top names in the field including Christina Hall, Michael Breen and Paul McKenna.
I (Mark Peters) first became interested in NLP for staff development within the engineering company I ran in the Midlands. Later I became fascinated in what I now term ‘Human Engineering’ before becoming an NLP Trainer and trainer of hypnosis/hypnotherapy. For me, NLP is ‘Lean Mind Management‘; it is an approach firmly based in Systems Thinking.

About Our NLP
We were the first to deliver NLP training in Birmingham, and the first to deliver it as it was meant to be taught when set out by Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP. Feedback from our own trainees, and those of other organisations, led us to the realisation that we had a unique opportunity to set ourselves apart and focus on delivering top quality innovative NLP training. Our training venue is not the usual corporate centre or hotel nor do we fill the room with large groups of would-be trainers. We set a maximum group size and train in a relaxed setting where everyone gets a chance to work with each other and truly benefit from the experience. We even provide FREE follow-up support to ensure you can gain the most from your NLP training with us.
